We do accept walk-in parties of less than 6 guests, which are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your party will be less than 6 guests and would like a reserved table, please book one of the experiences below.

RESERVATION OPTIONS & PRICING WINTER 2026

A credit card number is required upon booking. Card on file will be charged the day of your reservation based on the last communicated headcount of guests. Adjustments to reservations and/or cancellation is up until 24 hours prior to reservation start time. Parties arriving by bus, sprinter van, limo, etc. are accepted with reservation booking.

Book a tasting experience inside our Tasting Room seated in a vintage booth dating back to the 1800s!

A staff-curated experience featuring 4 of our top wines paired with 4 artisanal cheeses.

Maximum 8 guests

Our customizable tasting experience is an interactive experience with staff-guided tastings, and add-ons to elevate your experience.

$45 PER PERSON (plus tax, service charge included)

For parties of 9 or more guests, our Large Group Experience includes: Table for 1 1/2 hours, server, tasting bottle package (# of bottles will be based on final headcount), oversized cheese & charcuterie platter. Upgrades available to elevate your experience.

$15 per person (plus tax)

This option is available for any guest(s) who will be seated at the table and will not be drinking wine. Guest(s) who are non-drinkers will be included in the headcount for cheese & charcuterie, and may select one non-alcoholic beverage from our Sips menu. The non-drinker experience can be added on to the Vintage Booth, Customizable, and Large Group Experiences. Non-drinkers can be added on to the Wine & Cheese Pairing for $25 per person. Please let us know upon booking how many non-drinkers will be in your party (please specify in the notes section for online bookings).

• Buses, vans, or limos of any kind by appointment only

• Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more

• Supervised children are welcome

• Leashed dogs are welcome outside 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

• Any limo, bus or van that arrives at Palmer in which guests are intoxicated and/or consuming alcoholic beverages upon arrival, will be turned away.
