Site Fees and Policies

Palmer Vineyards invites you to spend your event among the beauty of a true North Fork gem. Palmer Vineyards’ Tasting House is located overlooking 55 acres of lush vineyards, with the most beautiful sunset views on the North Fork. As noted by the New York Times, Palmer Vineyards offers a romantic and unique setting especially popular for weddings and special events. Guests can relax on the deck and enjoy views of rolling green vineyards or kick up their heels in the 19th -century English Pub tasting room.

• Private Functions at Palmer Vineyards are held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings beginning in June and ending in September.

• Palmer Vineyards can accommodate groups of 100 or less on our outdoor covered deck and larger groups can be accommodated on our spacious lawn. Tent rental would be required. Please call for pricing and availability.

• Palmer Vineyards wine must be purchased 30 days prior to the event. There is a 4 case minimum purchase.

• Caterers are responsible for the set up and break down of tables and chairs. Caterers are responsible for returning the site to its original condition. Caterers are to be self-contained.

• Renter must provide silverware, linens, and glassware.

• Palmer Vineyards offers a recommended Providers List for catering, entertainment, photography, etc. You may choose to use any or none of the approved list, however a meeting must be set up with a representative from Palmer Vineyards and suppliers not listed.
