Winterfest 2012 - Jazz on the Vine Performance

The Dida Pelled Trio is back for their third consecutive year at Palmer Vineyards.
Twenty-three year old guitarist Dida Pelled has already established herself as one of the most in demand young musicians in Israel and the US. Palmer Vineyards is happy to have her return for a musically rich afternoon performance.
Tickets $15 per person, which includes a glass of wine (for guests 21 and over).

Will Sellenraad is hailed as a “hidden gem,” guitarist/composer. He has earned a fast growing reputation of being at the forefront of a new generation of jazz musicians. Known for his brilliant improvisations and his compelling, emotive compositions, this New York City native melds the various styles, phrasings and concepts of the jazz idiom with the raw elements of soul, rock and funk, to create a singular sound that is nothing short of inspiring.

Amy Cervini is a jazz-honed singer who has the big ears and free spirit to reach far and wide for great material, whether it’s from Cole Porter or Leonard Cohen, Nellie McKay or Willie Nelson.
Cervini has performed in clubs and concert halls from Toronto to Tel Aviv and in New York City venues ranging from the Cornelia Street Cafe, and the Knitting Factory to the Jazz Standard, Birdland, the Blue Note and Carnegie Hall.

Dan Aran Trio - Dan Aran has become an in demand Drummer in the
New York Jazz scene shortly upon arrival to the US in
2001.Aran started his musical journey in his hometown of Jerusalem, fascinated with the dumbek and drum set Dan got his first drums at 11 and a year later enrolled at the Rubin Academy of Music high school. Dan graduated from the school at seventeen and was already a busy drummer in the Israeli music scene,
playing with a number of different groups.
