Palmer Vineyards is going to Brooklyn!
Edible Brooklyn is proud to present it's second annual tasting soiree, "Brooklyn Uncorked", at the beautiful BAMcafé of Brooklyn's Academy of Music in Fort Greene.
Last year’s inaugural event sold out, complete with a strong “bridge and tunnel” crowd (Manhattanites arrived in droves) thirsty for tastes of New York's closest wine region. So this year’s fête will spill over into BAM’s lobby to make way for more food and drink.
Attendees get to celebrate with sips of multiple vintages, dozens of varietals and a panoply of winemaking techniques from 30 Long Island wineries—without leaving the borough. They also get Long Island and Brooklyn microbrews, plus tastings from a dozen favorite Brooklyn restaurants, cheesemongers, potato chippers, sorbeteers and other artisanal grub.
Come support your neighbors and get to know your food community. Tickets are limited, so please reserve your place today!

Experience Palmer Vineyard thru the eyes of the winemaker, Miguel Martin, as he takes guests through the winemaking process. Miguel will first tour guests through the vineyard, lead into the winery and finish in the cellar with a barrel tasting. Guests are treated to samples of award winning wines and library selections in the tasting house.
